I am recently married and whether it’s a “new bride” thing or not, I have to admit, I am really enjoying cooking for my hubby… especially since he actually likes the healthy recipes I create! This past weekend was no exception. I used a recipe from the book Clean Food and easily made Roasted Squash with Fennel and Asparagus. For the protein source, I grilled a few fillets of sunfish purchased from Clean Catch Fish Market drizzling them before-hand with a lemon-basil vinaigrette which also incorporates sun-dried tomatoes and capers in the recipe.
